G. Mondini has developped a new SF machine, the first topsealer developped specifically for the fruit and vegetables markets. Mainly products packaged on a tray in flow pack, stretch film or with a cover can take advantage of an efficient  topseal packaging. Soft fruit, mushrooms, tomatos, fresh herbs and various pre-packaged vegetables are typical goods to be packaged on this machine.  

The design of the machine focusses on being integrated in existing packaging lines without comprimising the layout, functioning and speed. Extra attention has been paid to the intertermittant supply of trays, vulnerable packaging and products as well as linking the machine to existing (conveyor) systems. 

  

Based on experience and optimized technique, a machine was conceived which can be implemented easily on every line. Due to its sharp price, the pay-back time of the investment is a lot shorter than for other top seal machines. 

GH N.V. will introduce the Mondini SF on the Empack Brussels fair which will be held on October 7th and 8th at Expo Brussels.
